Refunds

If the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, Lumiriva will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required.

Returns sent without prior instructions may not be accepted or may experience delays in processing.

Order Cancellations

United Kingdom customers: For eligible online purchases, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to applicable exceptions under UK consumer law.
